Mobile-first is no longer optional: 78% of Moroccans access the internet via their smartphone. Your site must provide an impeccable mobile experience.

Digital accessibility has become a legal and ethical imperative. Sufficient contrast, alternative text and keyboard navigation: every detail matters for inclusion.

The user journey must be intuitive and fast. Reduce the number of steps needed to reach the goal (contact, purchase, registration) and remove unnecessary friction.

Micro-interactions and smooth animations improve the perception of quality. But be careful: every animation must have a purpose, not merely a decorative function.

To evaluate an interface, observe users completing a real task without guiding them. Note hesitations, backtracking and ignored elements. Then prioritise fixes that reduce effort: more precise labels, stronger contrast, a shorter form or a better-placed call to action. Good UX is validated by understanding and success, not by the quantity of visual effects.
